If you're afraid of water, you're not alone!  More than half of all adults report that they are uncomfortable in deep water.  An additional percentage says that they will only stand in the shallow end of a pool.

Learning to swim strokes is not the answer.  You need to be comfortable in the water.  If you've tried in the past to learn to swim, or to learn to overcome your fear and it's been unsuccessful, then you did not try the MSI (nationally known Miracle Swimming Institute) program.  MSI is a proven method for overcoming the fear of water.

Winner will receive a certificate for 6 hours of instruction (2 hours in a classroom and 4 hours in a pool).

Instructors, Susan Ritter '02 and Sallie Smith are certified in the MSI method.  MSI has achieved a 100% success rate.

Sessions will be held at the Jewish Community Center in Allentown, PA and will be scheduled at the convenience of all parties.

Stop losing out on all the fun in a pool, in the ocean, on a boat, etc. - don't let your fear stop you from enjoying yourself.  Do it for yourself and for someone you love!
