Your host is Chef Barbara Alexander and her oh-so talented culinary students from the Napa Valley Culinary School of Napa Valley College. Watch first-hand the real heat and action of a professional culinary kitchen in full swing.
You and your 9 guests will sit amidst the students while they prepare, present and serve an 8 course degustation tasting menu of local and sustainable small plates with special wines paired for each course.
This always sold-out resturaunt session at the the Napa Valley Cooking school is said to be the "hardest reservation to get in the Napa Valley!"
Special Instructions
Dates are: Tuesday through Fridays ONLY and exact dates as follows: May 8-11, 15-18, 22-25 and May 30-June 1.
Reservation must be made through Chef Barbara BEFORE April 10, 2012.
