With an emphasis on sustainable agriculture, Executive Chef/Partner Linda Harrell brings her passion and experience of over 20 years to the table to delight our guests with cooking in the traditions of Italy.
Our unique libations, created by resident Mixologist Justin Hadaway and his team, pay homage to the classics while creating stunningly innovative creations for our late night cocktail scene, served at Cibo’s handcrafted Zinc Bar.
