From Chile and Peru to Mexico and Bolivia, the St. Helena Family Center staff--along with the Maldonado Vineyards Family and our friends "Seve" and "Fifi" DeLoera of Napa Valley's infamous Cocina Severiano Caterers--will present a feast for the successful bidder and 15 guests at the lovely Maldonado Vineyards Winery in Calistoga on Saturday, August 18, 2012.
A meal to rival the finest in Napa Valley, this variety of flavors from throughout Mexico, Central and South America will be accompanied by a selection of delicious Maldonado Vineyards wines. From birria tacos, mole, frijoles, fried yucca and Fifi and Seve's notorious "chocolate" tacos, this evening will be an experience you will never forget!
