This Gift Certificate is good for a visit with Dr. Emily A. Dashiell, Naturopathic Doctor at Arbor Vitae Wellness Center in Santa Monica.  Includes a comprehensive assessment, physical exam, diagnosis and treatment recommendations.  This may be redeemable for either a pediatric or adult visit.

Pick up dates for online auction items and certificates will be in the cafeteria area on the mornings of Tuesday March 27 and Wednesday March 28 from 8:00-9:00 am.  If you are unable to pick up your items at those times, winner must pay for shipping costs.
