Come learn to make a healthy lunch you can cook for your friends and family!
Join Ms. Grebinski, her daughter Janeen, Proctor teaching assistant Mr. Perez and Four Seasons' Chef Russell for a cooking event with 4 centers.
Students will rotate to each of the 4 centers with 5 students in each group, where they will watch demonstrations, practice the skills, prep the food and eat it, too! They will create a salad, appetizer, entree and dessert.
Students will leave with recipes and food samples.
Our Cooking Class will take place in the Proctor Faculty Lounge on Wednesday, May 23rd from 12:30 to 2:45 p.m.
