Item Description
Noted Cleveland architect Charles F. Schweinfurth designed Samuel Mather’s country retreat “by the shore” in 1890. Now you are welcome to stay and enjoy Mather’s view of the lake in one of this Bratenahl landmark’s 23 restored rooms (tax and gratuity not included). A bottle of zinfandel from the Starry Night Winery in Sonoma awaits you upon check-in. Take a stroll just one block down to Americano - Original Great Lakes Bistro at Bratenahl Place for a four-course dinner (courtesy of a personal consultation with “Chef V”) and watch the sun set on Lake Erie. Breakfast the next morning in your room or on the patio completes this special getaway.
