Item Description

Watch the video to see the Playhouse as it was being built and to learn more from the architect and contractor who built it.

Designed by Harris Welker Architects and the construction was overseen by Structura, Inc., the EE-42 Electric Eel Playhouse is, as you may have guessed, inspired by every child's favorite deep sea vessel, the submarine. One of the most complex designs taken on by our construction students, the Submarine playhouse is full of surprises. While it may not be able to go underwater, your children will have no problem imagining being transported to a world of dolphins, schools of fish, and maybe even a giant squid. With portholes, a spinning propellor, and a periscope, this is the playhouse that every child in the neighborhood is going to want to play on.
