Bid on an overnight stay at the charming Women's Environmental Institute  (WEI) Amador Room near North Branch - a perfect getaway for you, or you and your guest.  The large, deluxe bedroom has an elegant Queen size bed, writing desk, cedar walk-in closet and a large private balcony overlooking the woods to the west. The elegantly-appointed large bathroom is attached to the Amador Room and includes a large tub and shower, which overlooks the Amador Hill Orchard - a beautiful place anytime of year.   

WEI is located about three miles from Wild River State Park which offers hiking trails, canoeing, and swimming during the summer and cross-country ski trails in the winter.  (A park permit is required to enter Wild River State Park.)

The 2012 Carondelet Gala will be held on Friday, May 4 at 6:30 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza St. Paul-Riverfront.  Enjoy a champagne reception, gourmet dinner and dessert and music by Synergy.  Go online to reserve your tickets.

 You may decide to come to the Carondelet Gala late-night party, Dance Fever.  Enjoy dessert, a complimentary glass of wine, coffee, and dance to the music of Synergy, the multi-year winner of the Minnesota Music Award for Best Pop/Rock Cover Band.  Go online to reserve your Dance Fever tickets.  Dance Fever begins at 8:30 p.m.
