Two 1-hour private yoga sessions with Erin Colling
Whether you are a beginner to yoga, an advanced student looking to refine your practice, can't find a class that meets your schedule, or have an injury or chronic pain you would like to treat, private yoga instruction is the best way to get your needs addressed and get the most out of your yoga practice. A one-on-one session with a trained instructor allows you to fully enjoy and appreciate yoga's many benefits. Customized yoga instruction allows you to deepen your practice, gain confidence, express your individuality, or simply explore the benefits of asanas in a personalized environment.
Erin is a certified yoga instructor with experience practicing and teaching a wide range of yoga styles to students of all levels and abilities. By drawing on a style of Hatha yoga that integrates alignment of posture, attention to breathing, and flowing movement, she will teach you the basics of breathing, standing poses, seated poses, sun salutations and provide you with the tools you need for a successful and supportive yoga practice whether at home or in a studio.
Erin pays great attention to the individual needs of her students, and is flexible in her approach to accommodate different experience levels, body types, degrees of flexibility and strength, and health issues. She will work with you to devise a practice that is tailored to your goals and allows you to reach your highest potential
Erin will travel up to 20 miles from mid-Cambridge to hold sessions in the comfort of your home. Alternatively, it may be possible to arrange to hold the classes in her home in Cambridge. She can supply a yoga mat upon request and will provide all the necessary props.
