You probably could count the number of folks who do not enjoy savoring a piece of extraordinary chocolate on one hand. Fortunately, for the masses of those of us who would rather eat chocolate than most anything else there is Mimi Wheeler who provides us with our daily "fix". Empire's own MImi, who began her business, Grocer's Daughter Chocolates in 2004, is graciously offering a $25 gift certificate to a lucky someone with a sweet tooth. Mimi uses Rainforest Alliance certified high cocoa content chocolate. She works with a small cocoa growing cooperative in Ecuador that employs fair trade practices.

Mimi says, "our artisan, hand-made chocolates and hand-dipped truffles are made with many locally grown/blended products such as herbs, spices, berries, spirits, coffee, teas, and nuts. We use no artificial flavors or preservatives, and we buy locally when possible."

Oh, such pure bliss to have one of Mimi's creations melt in your mouth! Yummm...
