Orienteering is a family of sports that requires navigational skills using a map and compass to navigate from point to point in diverse and usually unfamiliar terrain. Your instructors will use orienteering as the basis for familiarizing participants with the Big Chico Creek Ecological Reserve and its natural history.

Bring along five of your favorite people for a day full of learning and exploring.

In addition to learning these valuable skills you will be treated to a delicious BBQ dinner prepared by your instructor. This adventure will be offered in early fall to take advantage of cooler climes and the fall colors.
