Special Instructions

Please note that your Emirates Airlines prize letter and award is valid for travel between Los Angeles and Dubai from June 19, 2012 through June 18, 2013 and may not be extended or transferred.

Tickets will be issued free of additional charges and passengers must travel together on the same flight.  Business Class seats will be confirmed on a space available basis.  However, Emirates currently operates two daily non-stop flights from Los Angeles and passengers should not encounter any problem securing seats except during peak holiday season.

Tickets must be requested at least 30 days prior to planned date of departure as embargo periods may apply.  Tickets are valid for 90 days from date of issue, are non-transferable and no substitutes, changes and/or refunds are permitted. Chauffeur driven service is included in both Los Angeles and Dubai within a 60-mile range.

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray hotel voucher does not include taxes and/or tips, has no refundable cash value, is not valid over weekends, holidays and special events, is subject to the terms & conditions specified within the award letter voucher, and expires June 1, 2013.
