Yana Feldman received her J.D. in 2002 from Tulane Law School, where she received a CALI Award for Excellence and a Community Service Award for her work in a Family Law Clinic. She received her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Chicago. She has been working in the field of Elder Law and Mental Health Law, concentrating on Guardianships, Medicaid Planning, and Estate Planning. She has served as a Court Appointed Guardian, Court Evaluator, and Counsel. She has also assisted clients with real estate, family law and commercial matters connected with her Elder Law Practice. She has represented both hospitals and individual clients. She speaks Russian and can come to you if necessary. Estate planning consultation and creation of basic estate plan to include 2 wills with provision for children's trusts and guardianship of minor children, durable power of attorney, health care proxy and living will.
