Half case (3) Mooney Family Pinot Noir, Santa Lucia Highlands, Boekenoggen Vineyard & (3) Mooney Family Pinot Noir, Santa Lucia Highlands, Vigna Monte Nero Vineyard. 2010 Pinot Noir - Boekenoggen Vineyard Violet color. Aromas of red raspberry, strawberry and spice. Fruit forward and full bodied for a Pinot. Nicely balanced acidity with moderate tannins and an extended finish. This wine will age nicely and peak in 2016. The Beverage Testing Institute awarded this Pinot Noir 94 points.
