TruHarmony Yoga, voted Chicago’s #1 hot yoga studio in Chicago by Time Out Chicago Magazine in January 2011, is downtown Chicago’s home for hot and powerful yoga!  Our River North yoga studio  overlooks the city and is conveniently located near the Chicago Brown Line stop – there is plenty of street parking near the yoga studio, as well. Our 5th floor studio is heated to 95 degrees, which raises body temperature, leads to increased flexibility, and allows the body to cleanse itself of toxins, heal and purify. We offer a variety of group yoga classes seven days a week, as well as the option for private instruction.

Our Chicago yoga classes are highly influenced by the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga  methodology, focusing on energetic and integrated combinations of rigorous vinyasa, pranayama, and contemporized yogic principles. This philosophy is designed to invite and guide yogis into a courageous journey into their physical and personal power. Come prepared to stretch and strengthen your body, break away from restricting physical and emotional barriers, and work up a good ‘ole fashioned sweat! TruHarmony is open to everyone, regardless of experience, flexibility, or background – we offer a viariety of beginners yoga classes.
