This certificate entitles the winner to three days and two nights of complimentary accommodations. This certificate is for two adults, 18 years of age or older, who possess two major credit cards. There is an additional cost per day for additional guests. Additional room nights may be available for an additional charge. Average rate is $138 per night, plus tax. Rates may vary due to time of year and day of week.

Saint Clare School will mail a reservation card to the winner. the winner should complete the reservation card and mail it to Arizona Tourism Center, 401 Jordan road, Suite A, sedona, AZ 86336.

This certificate is valid for Sunday through Thursday occupancy only. A refundable deposit will be required.

The winner must select two different dates, at least 7 days apart, in order for the Arizona Tourism Center to process your request.

Reservations must be received at least 30 days in advance and are subject to availability. This certificate may be subject to high season black out period.

This certificate is valid for your accommodations and te room taxes associated with the complimentary stay. It does not include food, beverages, taxes, port fees, gratuities, transportation to and from the airport, service charges or incidental charges.

This certificate is not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. Any two certificates cannot be used consecutively, for group travel or in conjunction with one anohter during the same travel period, when applied to the same destination.

Special Instructions

The reservation-request form must be received by Arizona Tourism Center a minimum of 30 days and as much as 6 months in advance of the requested arrival date.

Upon receipt of your reservation request, Arizona Tourism Center will place the reservations and mail to you a "confirmation of reservation" and deposit letter, providing the address and directions to our Arizona Tourism Center (401 A. Jordan Road, Sedona, AZ 86336), where you will pick up your hotel voucher and your refundable deposit.

All reservation requests are subject to availability of rooms. Holiday weekends, Easter holiday, July 4th weekend, Labor Day weekend and Christmas through New Year are historically sold out periods in resort areas. Therefore, requests for these dates cannot be accepted.

Changes epertaining to previously confirmed reservations will require a $10 "Chage of Reservation" fee. It is is necessary to reschedule or cancel your confirmed reservation, the Arizona Tourism Center must receive notification at least 72 hours in advance of your confirmed dates to receive a full refund of your deposit.
