It's a three flight walk-up (like most older Istanbul apartments with no elevator) right in the middle of the centrally located Cihangir neighborhood. The prize would be redeemable at mutually-agreed upon dates. The apartment has a master bedroom and another room with a fold-out bed. Serious bidders can email questions regardingt he space.
