Marco Cucina Romana is his new passion. Located in Boston's historic North End, Marco features the cosmopolitan cuisine of Rome while paying homage to its menu-regional influences. The menu is built on a foundation of simple, fresh pastas and antipasti, as well a healthy dose of grilled meat, fish and poultry dishes.
