situations, conditions and plan strategy
·Learn the 3 step process for coaching that includes preparation for and follow-up of each session
·Properly executed coaching is a collaborative effort, very positive and facilitates continuous growth

·Training is a process, not an event or sequence of independent events
·Understand how training supports the three elements necessary for performance: ability, motivation, and corporate support
·Explore the various types of training and the manager's role in identifying training needs

·Effective mentoring facilitates an individual's assimilation to current and/or future positions
·Identify the ingredients for successful mentoring
·Identify the elements the mentee must bring to the relationship to be successful
·Discover how mentoring can enhance a team member's performance across the board

Continuous Improvement Performance Evaluations
·Effectively implement performance reviews that promote increased productivity and career development
·Learn a systematic approach that confirms progress is being made or identifies those whose performance is below standard and requires drastic change
·Learn to use performance evaluations as an integral part of the process of continuous improvement and necessary to manage turnover productively
