Attention Wine Lovers: Experience the magic of the American Fine Wine Gala Competition on March 13th

The American Fine Wine Gala dinner is the most exclusive wine and food event to come to South Florida in many years. Presented by Patriot Risk Management Inc., on Saturday, March 13 you will experience some of the most exclusive and expensive wines produced in California, Oregon, Washington, New York- even Virginia, New Mexico and Ohio... to be served alongside amazing cuisine prepared by south Florida's most revered chefs.

Under the magnificence of a massive tent, turned into a magical wine fantasy, where you can taste up to 500 (mostly) award winning fine wines while dining on the creative genius of Johnny Vinczencz of Johnny V's Las Olas, Michael Wagner of Lola's on Harrison, Oliver Saucy of Café Maxx and Cindy Hutson of Ortanique on The Mile.

You'll be entertained by musical great Jazz singer, Nicole Henry (www.nicholehenry.com ), and knocked from your seat by the talented performance artist Michael Israel (www.michaelisrael.com ). You will have the opportunity to silent bid on over 150 wine-filled gift baskets, live bid on Michael Israel's paintings, all of the proceeds benefiting the American Red Cross, Quantum House (who houses the families of critically and terminally ill children being treated at St. Mary's Hospital), and the scholarship program at Lincoln Culinary Institute.

While you are being swept away by these talented artists, 40 Wine Angels will pour for you tableside all of the wines from this "invitation only" Competition, including: Perry Moore, Pride, DeLoach,Rombauer, Joseph Phelps, Markham, Alexandria Nicole, Topel, Z'Ivo, Trentadue, Arcadian, Acorn, Darioush, Mithra, Fess Parker, Black Coyote, Brochelle, Tayson Pierce, Arrowood, Thomas Fogarty, Robledo, Boorman, Stonestreet, O'Brien Estates, Cosentino, Schug, Nicholas Cole, Vin du Lac, Russian Hill, Delille Cellars, Cubanisimo, Krupp Brothers, Eberle, Ferrante, Kluge, DH Lascombes, Quady, Sequana, Ballentine, Castello di Amorosa, Sbragia, Ravenswood, Oakville Ranch...haven't heard of a lot of them? The Competition which took place this year on January 17 & 18 is devoted solely to the finest wines produced in the United States. Wines are entered only through invitation. A wine must, without a special exception, meet a certain retail price threshold to be considered for Judging, thereby assuring it is truly a "fine wine".

The Gala dinner will be held at the Lincoln Culinary Institute (formally the Florida Culinary Institute) in West Palm Beach. Beginning at 6 PM, a "Sparkling White Party" will feature America's best bubbly, fabulous white wines, and each chef will prepare complimentary hors d'oeuvres to accompany. At 7 PM you'll take your seat under the great tent and will be transformed as the magic of the evening continues... this event will sell out!
