Item Description

If you're an "early bird" who enjoys birding, learning and helping, then this trip is for you!

Join an Idaho Department of Fish and Game Habitat Biologist in helping survey white-fronted geese and other waterfowl species including swans, ducks, pelicans and herons.

A "BE OUTSIDE" trip for two ADULTS or one ADULT and one or two CHILDREN (10+ yrs of age).

Be sure to bring water and snacks for this extraordinary opportunity to help survey and view thousands of migratory birds. And, don't forget your binoculars and camera! 

Trip takes place on the Fort Boise Wildlife Management Area near Parma, Idaho (about 40 miles west of Boise) and starts anywhere between 8:30 and 9:00 am.

For viewing migratory geese, this trip must be taken between March 15 and April 15, 2010. 

Winning bidder provides transportation to the Fort Boise Wildlife Management Area near Parma, Idaho.

Winning bidder will be contacted by Idaho Fish and Wildlife Foundation staff for scheduling and confirmation of trip date. Trip date is non-negotiable.

PLEASE NOTE:  In addition to the winning bid price a 3.45% credit card fee, plus 35 cents per transaction will be applied to each item.  A 6% Idaho Sales Tax will be added to the final bid price for all land-based trips. For all navigable water-based trips, no sales tax will be charged due to Federal law.  All sales are final.
