Take a bite out of the Big Apple (New York) by experiencing it the way 2010 Featured Festival Chefs would like you to. This includes a tasting menu for four with wine pairings at Corton created for you by Chef-Owner Paul Liebrandt. It continues with a Family Style Chefs Tasting for four paired with wine at Chef Andrew Carmellini’s Locanda Verde. To shake things up enjoy the world famous brunch at Chef Gabrielle Hamilton’s Prune restaurant on Saturday or Sunday and skip the legendary one hour wait! Kick it up a notch, with a visit to Pitmaster Kenny Callaghan’s Blue Smoke Restaurant and enjoy dinner for four as well as a blue smoke sauce pack and a gift box or rub, peanuts and chocolate bars.

  • Restrictions:
    • Corton: reservations are necessary, valid Monday-Thursday, 1st seating only (expires March 7, 2011)
    • Locanda Verde: chef designates all items served, barring any restrictions or allergies (expires March 7, 2011)
    • Prune: must contact restaurant prior to arrival
    • Blue Smoke Restaurant: dinner for four is up to $150. If total is more than $150, guest will be required to pay the difference
