Charlie Trotter's is offering a unique experience for cooks and/or food lovers to become a Chef-For-A-Day working at their kitchen in Chicago.
Go behind the scenes for an intimate perspective of a fine dining restaurant. You'll receive basic training in food preparation in creating Charlie Trotter's famous cuisine. The guest chef will also be invited to the daily staff meal at 3:30 p.m.
The Chef-For-A-Day Certificate gives the guest a chance to work with the staff from 2 p.m.- 8 p.m., although the guest may stay longer.
A reservation must be made for the guest to come in.
