Exclusive Tour of the Whitney Biennial Thursday, April 1, 2010, 6:30--8:30 p.m. Francesco Bonami will lead a private, after-hours tour of 2010 , the upcoming Whitney Biennial. This exclusive tour will give AFA members and friends the opportunity to learn about the fifty-five artists included in the exhibition and the curatorial choices that shaped this year's biennial. The Whitney's panoramic signature survey of the latest in American art, the Biennial includes both well-established artists and emerging artists from all over the country. This year's Biennial, curated by Bonami along with Gary Carrion-Murayari , is the 75th in the ongoing series and includes works ranging from film and video to photography, painting, sculpture, drawing, installation, performance, and architecture. Bonami directed the Venice Biennale in 2003 and has curated numerous international exhibitions, including Rudolf Stingel , which was organized by the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago, and presented at the Whitney in 2007. The tour will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m
