Item Description
Designed for Rolling Stone Magazine issue #944 dated March 18, 2004, this illustration of The Rolling Stones was designed by artist Liz Lomax for Rolling Stone Magazine’s "Rock's Rich List" which is the magazine's annual list of the richest rock stars.
Liz Lomax of Brooklyn, New York is widely recognized as one of the leading figures in her field. Her unique process involves designing and sculpting characters in their environments and then digitally photographing them for illustration. Her work has been published in Communication Arts, American Illustration, Society of Illustrators annuals, Step-by-Step and many books on illustration.
A graduate of Parsons School of Design, she has taught at Parsons and Pratt Institute, and has been a guest lecturer at the Society of Illustrators, Museum of American Illustration, the School of Visual Arts, Syracuse University and Loughborough University School of Art & Design.
