This new 2-story beach house villa, located in the tranquil fishing village of Chelem, Mexico, has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and allows you to enjoy many beautiful views and modern amenities. This spacious home comfortably sleeps 6 people, with a queen bed in the first bedroom, twin bunk beds in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the master suite. The home is fully furnished and has a flat screen television (with satellite service), a DVD player, and stereo. The fully stocked kitchen contains a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, sandwich maker, water dispenser, plates, bowls, flatware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, cookware, food storage containers, dish towels, and cleaning supplies. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, and pressurized water are featured throughout the house. Other amenities on premises include a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a ping-pong table, a dartboard, and even pool toys for your enjoyment. All quality linens and bath towels are also provided. The property is gated, landscaped, and fully fenced-in for complete privacy, and also features a refreshing filtered pool and a built-in gas barbeque grill. The property manager lives nearby and is available to make sure your visit is a perfectly pleasant one!
Guests can conveniently fly directly into Merida International Airport, located only 40 minutes from the property, or into Cancun International Airport, located 3 hours away.
