Item Description
You're bidding on a case of 12 bottles of Mead from England's Lurgashall Winery, with an extra bottle thrown in for good measure!
Over the centuries this delicious drink made from fermented honey has been produced in many forms. Kings and queens drank mead as a celebratory beverage and Royal Mead Makers held high office in Court. Today you can enjoy Mead slightly chilled as an aperitif or even ice with fresh fruit desserts, particularly apricots or peaches. It is a good partner for Cheddar-style cheeses.
Item Special Note
Total of thirteen 375ml (12.7oz) bottles. Alcohol content 12.5% alcohol. Hold onto your codpiece!
