Item Description
This beautiful Chinese ink painting on rice paper (3' x 3') is titled The Orchid (2003). Created by Zhiyuan Cong, an art professor at WPUNJ, it is a beautiful work from an artist living on the edge of two rapidly merging worlds. Cong's paintings are a mix of thousands of years of traditional Chinese arts, contemporary Chinese politics, and Western culture. He is a master of traditional Chinese ink painting. Painting is mounted on silk, and includes frame.
