Item Description
Here’s an opportunity to be assured of a place to stay near the tip of Cape Cod, as well as to swap for vacation spots around the world. It’s a timeshare package at the Sandcastle Resort in Provincetown.
The package includes two time-share weeks: One is in Unit 221 during a “Red Week” - the 36th week of the year (early September) and considered high season. The other is in Unit 218 in a “White Week - the 16th week of the year (late April.) Typically, timeshare owners use White Week time to swap for a stay elsewhere through organizations like RCI (originally Resorts Condominiums International), which charges an annual membership of $89.
The Sandcastle Resort is on Provincetown’s bayside beach, about 5 miles from the town center. It features tennis courts and two pools, and is currently undergoing significant renovation.
Both of the donated timeshare units sleep four.

Unit owners have been assessed fees for the renovations taking place, The first installment of $883.94 has been paid by the donor. The second (final) installment, in the same amount, will be due October 1st.
