Item Description
White Rock Vineyards is a small family owned and operated vineyard and winery is situated in the southern foothills of the Stag's Leap Range, rising above the Napa Valley.
This item is a magnum of the 2000 White Rock Vineyards Claret. The White Rock Claret is a blend of several lots of Cabernet Sauvignon as well as Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. They are fermented separately and blended together over the first year as the character of the vintage develops. After two years of aging in 60 gallon French oak barrels, these varieties combine to produce a Bordeaux-style Claret with rich and varied flavors, as well as a mineral character due to our special soils.
Item Special Note
This item will be going to the live event and will be awarded at that time. Any absentee buyer in the Bay Area can arrange with seller to pick up wine from a mutually agreed upon location.
