Item Description
This late-19th-Century gravure print of three cheerful young ladies is aptly titled "Cheerfulness". By H. Austen, it's a reproduction of a work by the multi-genre English artist Edmund Thomas Parris, perhaps best known for depicting British royalty. The print measures 8" x 6" and is in mint condition. Matted in museum board its silver wood frame with design results in overall dimensions of 16" x 14". It was donated to Rhode Island PBS by Stephan and Julia Brigidi of the Bristol Workshops in Photography, Bristol, RI.
