Michelin-star rated Chef Marc Forgione will cook a Seasonal Tasting Menu for up to 8 people in the comfort of one’s home (no more than 25 miles away from Manhattan) with a cocktail and wine menu expertly crafted and paired by Master Sommelier Fred Dexheimer.

In his eponymous restaurant, Chef Marc "Forge" Forgione showcases his laid-back yet high-style approach to New American cuisine in a comfortable and energetic atmosphere. Forgione and partner Chris Blumlo originally opened the restaurant under the Chef's nickname in June 2008, offering their signature style of contemporary food and drink as well as friendly service that draws an eclectic mix of locals and visitors.

Fred Dexheimer Master Sommelier is the founder of Juiceman Consulting, a wine and beverage consulting company that specializes in events, education and marketing. Since starting Juiceman Consulting, Fred has developed a diverse group of clients that include Wines of Chile,  Wines of Southwest France, Vina DeMartino, Producteurs Plaimont, Max Brenner Chocolate, Motorino Pizza Napoletana, Full Circle Wine Solutions and Athletes Quarterly.  Living and working in NYC since 2000, Fred’s resume speaks for itself. His experience in many of New York City’s top restaurants like Gramercy Tavern, Jean Georges and most recently as the National Wine and Beverage Director for the BLT Restaurant Group, has given Fred a very well rounded understanding of the wine and beverage industry.
