1. Booking Class - Certificate may be redeemed for a one-way or round-trip ticket in authorized "Y" fare class only. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or in all markets.

2. Applicable routes - If certificate is redeemed for a one-way ticket, certificate is deemed fully used. Travel must be via Delta published routings.

3. Valid carrier - Delta Air Lines, Delta Connection carriers and The Delta Shuttle (excludes code share flights operated by a carrier other than Delta or a Delta Connection carrier).

4. Travel dates - Expires June 30, 2011. All travel must be completed on or before the expiration date.

5. SkyMiles - Travel will not qualify for SkyMiles mileage accrual.

6. Upgrades - Not permitted.

7. Waitlisting - Not permitted.

8. Open return - Not permitted.

9. Standby - Not permitted.
