Evaluation & session with muscular therapist, Jimmy Lynch. Each session is customized to meet each person's specific needs whether an athlete or not.
Jimmy is a talented muscular therapist and personal fitness coach whose focus is on injury prevention and injury rehabilitation utilizing various therapeutic modalities including Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), massage therapy, core body conditioning, aerobic conditioning, and strength training.
Lynch has studied and personally experienced the physiology and pathology of athletic training as a gifted athlete and runner himself.
Lynch has achieved success as a runner on many levels. He began his career as a scholar athlete and developed into a competitive local runner and eventually reached the world stage. His clients have included elite and Olympic athletes to the recreational runner.
Lynch understands the importance of developing and maintaining a training foundation as the basis for fitness and competition for life rather than for the short term.
