Item Description
Experience what Cantonese dim sum is really like without going to Hong Kong with dinner for two at the critically acclaimed Buddakan New York. Complete your night with a stay in a luxury queen size room at the unique Maritime Hotel - all in the trendy Chelsea neighborhood of New York City.
The surreal atmosphere of this awe-inspiring restaurant in the Meatpacking district of Manhattan combines the serenity of Asia with the flamboyance of 16th century Paris. The menu features fanciful interpretations of Chinese dishes and delights even the most discriminating palates.
Originally designed as the headquarters of the National Maritime Union in 1966, this hotel turns its exterior portholes into five-foot windows for each of its 125 cabin-like rooms. The nautical theme applies thorughout, from the lush marine blue of the lobby carpet, to the couches' white piping and the teak room furnishings with custom latches. Rooms average 300 square feet, and have beds with custom Japanese fabric headboards and 300-thread-count sheets. The hotel also features the most outdoor space--10,000 square feet--than any other in the city.
