The Tasting Room is the accidentally discovered downstairs room at 569 Hudson Street, home to Philip Marie Restaurant. The space has been fully renovated and returned to its earliest state as an 18th Century farmhouse kitchen complete with its original stone walls, fireplaces and window frames and will accommodate guests with customized menu offerings in its unique and unparalled space. The Tasting Room has a historical foundation that stretches back into Manhattan's early 1800's, through the strife of the American Civil War and the dry days of Prohibition into the future of American cuisine. The Tasting Room exclusively offers the acclaimed USA approved cuisine of Chef John P. Greco III in a setting that is unmatched anywhere and will thrill guests with its charm and comfort.
