Item Description
A watch with a difference: the face of this timepiece features the Tibetan syllable A at its center ringed by Om, Hung, Ram and Dza in the four cardinal directions. The successful bidder will have their choice of blue or white face.
The practice of the Five Warrior Syllables is meant to release negative and limiting behavioral patterns of body, speech, and mind, and make room for a spontaneous, creative, and authentic expression. The practice centers on recognizing, connecting with, and trusting what is already there. Each of the five warrior syllables represents a quality of realization. They are referred to as "seed syllables" because they possess the essence of enlightenment. These five syllables represent the body, speech, mind, virtuous qualities, and actions of enlightenment.
Ligmincha Institute was founded in 1992 in order to preserve the ancient teachings, transmissions and practices of the Bon Buddhist tradition. Toward achieving this goal Ligmincha aims to introduce these traditions in an authentic manner to the Western world, in such a way that they remain beneficial when integrated into modern Western culture.
Dimension: 1 1/4" diameter
