Item Description

On a weekend this spring, you can experience the fruits of the Manhattan Country School Farm prepared by a master chef and hosted by Manhattan Country School Director Michele Sola.

This farm-to-table brunch for 12 will be prepared by Patrick McGrath, dad of Rosie in the 5-6s and Chef de Cuisine at Joseph Leonard. The menu will feature fresh ingredients from the MCS Farm in the Catskills. The brunch will take place in the sunny and spacious MCS music room, made even more beautiful for the occasion with the addition of fresh flowers, original art and samples of student work.

This can be a wonderful last-hurrah for parents of MCS students who are graduating soon, or an opportunity for MCS alums to come together, socialize with each other in a nostalgic space, and hear about new developments and future plans at their alma mater. It can also serve as a unique opportunity for MCS parents, friends or alumni to introduce a special group of friends or potential supporters to the school.

The winning bidder will choose all brunch guests.

Item Special Note

Brunch will take place on a Saturday or Sunday in Spring 2011, before the end of the school year.  Date to be arranged with Michele Sola.
