Item Description

The Rocky Mountain Sniveller  is a true Winter quilt capable of keeping a sleeper warm down to single digit temperatures.  It was designed for Francis Tapon's YOYO of the Continental Divide Trail, where camps were frequently expected in the 10-14,000 feet range, under winter conditions.  Tapon, a Super Ultra Light, long distance and Triple Crown hiker, and author of Hike Your Own Hike, used the prototype model of the JRB Rocky Mountain Sniveller and a JRB Down Hood as his sleep system and primary camp insulation.  The Rocky Mountain Sniveller is baffled to 3 inches and is over stuffed to achieve 3.5 inches of loft.
