Item Description
Brooklin’s Catherine Princell grew up in a close knit extended first and second generation Italian Family where the enjoyment of good food was a centerpiece of daily life. At her Nonna’s (grandmother’s) knee she learned the mysteries of preparing fresh pasta, ravioli, sugo di pomodori, minestrone and many other family recipes. She has been cooking fine Italian meals ever since! Catherine and her husband John, a well known local cabinet maker, will invite the winning bidder and three additional guests into their home to share an Italian family feast. Dining with their guests, they will explain in detail what goes into the many courses of a traditional Italian dinner. The meal will include fine courses of antipasto, pasta, ensalate, secondi and dolce, as well as appropriate wines. Mangia!
Item Special Note
The dinner will take place on a mutually agreeable date between July 15 and October 1, 2011.
A certificate will be sent to the winner.
