Item Description
As the creative force behind the Festival’s exquisite production of Flora, or Hob in the Well during the 2010 season, John Pascoe not only designed all of the opera’s costumes and sets, but also produced a series of beautifully detailed watercolor costume sketches, each one a work of art in its own right. Delicately rendered in muted browns and greens, this work depicts the character of Mr. Friendly and carries a brief hand-written description and the artist’s signature.
