Bob Wojtowicz’s vision for  Natirar was inspired by a trip to Sir Richard Branson’s Necker Island, so it seemed quite natural to call upon Sir Richard to be involved in the creative rebirth of this 1912 estate home into a Luxury Resort, Spa & Culinary Center that remains connected to the grandeur and glamour of its past.  Set on 90 acres within the entire 500 acre Natirar property in Somerset County, New Jersey, is an idyllic setting that was formerly owned by the King of Morocco.  Ninety Acres Culinary Center, consisting of a restaurant, cooking school, wine school and working farm, which spans approximately 15 acres of the site, is the hottest ticket in town.  After receiving top honors from The New York Times and other publications, Chef David C. Felton is nominated for Food & Wine Magazine’s brand-new People’s Best New Chef 2011 award for his New American menu which defines this “table at the farm” restaurant.

The Viking Cooking School at Ninety Acres Culinary Center, dedicated to sharing passion for great food and fine wine, is the result of a strategic partnership forged between Natirar and Viking Range Corporation.  The state-of-the art culinary classroom is designed for both small-group, hands-on cooking classes, as well as seminars and lectures given by world-renowned culinary personalities.  Outfitted with world-class Viking appliances, the facility features an extensive calendar of seasonal events and showcase the talents of visiting chefs, food experts and vintners.  Inspired by the abundant beauty and bounty of the farm property, the school is committed to the education and celebration of our guests, members and the general public alike.
