Item Description
You're bidding on an umpire jacket from the 2010 World Series, signed by the longtime vet Gary Darling. The jacket, a half-zip pullover, has the colorful 2010 World Series logo on the left arm and Darling's signature in silver on the left chest pocket directly underneath the MLB logo. Darling's number 37 is on the right sleeve.
The 2010 World Series was an historic one, as the Texas Rangers were trying to win the franchise's first title while the San Francisco Giants were attempting to win their first title since the move to the West Coast for the 1958 season. It would be the Giants who earned the accolades, as their superior pitching led the way to a five-game series win, including a pair of shutouts of the powerful Rangers lineup.
Gary Darling worked the series as one of the top umpires in the game and signed this jacket as a keepsake. Get it as a unique commemmorative item from the long-awaited win for San Fran. This one-of-a-kind item is not available to the public and is not sold in any stores or from any vendor. Although some items may be won prior to the auction close date, all orders will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive after the auction close date of March 20.
Shipping charges will be added to the final bid price of each item. The shipping rates are: Continental U.S. = $15.00, Alaska, Hawaii = $25.00, Canada = $30.00, International = $90.00. Items will be delivered via UPS or USPS. We regret that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
