A Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) is a caregiver who specializes in newborn care. They have had in depth training and expertise in all aspects of newborn care, parental education and support. Her job is to provide care for newborns while creating a nurturing environment. She also is there to guide and educate the parents.
A Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) is a caregiver who specializes in newborn care. They have had in depth training and expertise in all aspects of newborn care, parental education and support. Her job is to provide care for newborns while creating a nurturing environment. She also is there to guide and educate the parents.
Night Shift: Full care of the newborn will be provided during the night shift allowing the parents to sleep. This allows them to effectively function during the day, without suffering from sleep depravation. During the night, when the baby wakes up, the baby will be feed or brought to the mom for nursing. After feeding and burping, the baby is settled back down and put back in her crib.
