Tim Mueller is an American businessman specializing in the growth of technology and communications companies. With a broad range of experience in corporate, early stage and government cultures, he is best known for developing strategic partnerships and solving complex issues.
From 2005-2011 he led a team of scientists at Phylogy, a Silicon Valley company offering groundbreaking broadband technology to telephone carriers around the world. In 2010, Inc Magazine ranked Phylogy 243 among its Inc 500 list of fastest growing companies in the U.S. In March 2011, Actelis Networks purchased Phylogy.
Prior to Phylogy, Mueller co-founded and sold two other companies in technology and marketing/publishing, and served as Deputy Mayor for the City of Cleveland.
A life-long musician, Tim serves on the Board for the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame & Museum, and Chairs its Technology Committee. He is also the Chairman of the Board for the Community Partnership for Arts and Culture in Cleveland.

The executives will meet with the winning bidders at a time convenient to both parties, on or before December 1, 2011, except in the case of some celebrities which may carry over to the first quarter of 2012.
Once the winning bid has been validated and collected, CAAO will request the winning bidder's bio/resume and reason for wanting to meet the executive and communicate that information to the executive. CAAO will also pass on the necessary contact information for the winning bidder to make their appointment.
If the winning bidder cancels or wishes to change the date/time of the meeting once it has been scheduled, the winning bidder will be responsible for contacting the executive to communicate any changes.
The winning bidder is responsible for all travel expenses to attend this meeting.
