1 bottle each of the following: 05 Durell Pinot Noir: Medium dark color with raspberry and blueberry notes. vanilla nd sweet oak aromas lead into juicy red fruit on the palate. Bright sweet cherry and spice fill out the long smooth finish. 06 Durell Pinot Noir: It reminds me of our 2003; a pretty, balanced wine with classic color and hues introduce an inviting nose filled with sweet spice, sweet oak, and warm fruit. Black cherry and raspberry hint at warm berry pie. The mouth displays typical Pinot Noir fruit character of spicy Bing cherry and a touch of mintyness. A lively and fresh body compliment the many layers of flavor in the weight and medium long finish of this wine. 07 Durell Pinot Noir: Beautifully colored and brimming with spice and varietal character. Enticing aromas of fresh, creamy cherry and cherry syrup with a mouth filling palate of cherry, cola, and black plum. Round, full, and lush plus layers of lively, ripe fruit flavors. Clean, focused fruit and a hint of ripe citrus rind carry through the long supple finish. Also, A lovely look book which provides detailed winery and vineyard information along with beautiful photography of Durell and the Three Sticks team.
