Item Description
Sojourns is an award-winning semi-annual publication of the Peaks, Plateaus & Canyons Association (PPCA) and its member organizations. Each issue covers topics about the Colorado Plateau's natural and cultural history. It is published to support the mission of the Peaks, Plateaus & Canyons Association (PPCA), which is a consortium of 14 nonprofit cooperating associations operating on the Colorado Plateau.
Linked by terrain, mission, and purpose, the members of the Peaks, Plateaus & Canyons Association collaborate to promote understanding and stewardship of the Colorado Plateau. PPCA supports and fosters professionalism among member organizations and educates a diverse audience through cooperation in mutually beneficial projects, networking, and training.
Sojourns is intended to enlighten, surprise, and delight its readers and to nurture respect and appreciation of the region. We operate from the belief that what we love we will protect.
Several early editions of Sojourns are no longer available to the public, but here we have collected a rare complete set of all twelve Sojourns magazines published through 2011.
