If between your bid and the auction's end I book on your available date I will notify you by email or phone before the auction ends so you may withdraw your bid. If you do not withdraw your bid and have been notified previous by phone or email that I am unavailable I am not responsible for providing you with these auctioned services.

We will have already spoken about your wedding date and to confirm your reservation we will fill out a signed contract detailing how your prize will work. You will be required to give me a schedule of your wedding day as soon as you can. I look forward to working with you!
