Item Description
Let your imagination fly as you gaze into this photograph taking you to the actual location of the RISD roof tops. This photograph is printed directly to a brushed aluminum substrate. The unique characteristics of the aluminum print allow lighter color values to bleed through to the aluminum, allowing some of the texture to be seen. The medium is truly unique and must be seen in person to fully appreciate. If you have ever seen a Daguerreotype, aluminum prints are somewhat reminiscent of those early gems. An extraordinary gift for someone or for yourself.
